Developed from high carbon steel, offered Steel Spring Wires have 0.76 mm to 10 mm thickness range. Carbon content in such wires is less than or equal to 0.15. Their tolerance level is plus minus 1%. Dimension of these wires ranges between 0.5 mm to 11 mm. Maximum tensile strength of such steel wires is 2200 MPA. These wires have been developed as per global norms to meet specific application needs. Latest cutting and bending technology has been followed to maintain design precision of such wires. Based on application needs, these are offered with cold drawn, bright and matt finished surface. These are basically used for designing ornaments, clothing accessories and wire mesh. Chemical composition of such wires is less than or equal to 19% Cr, less than or equal to 1% Si, less than or equal to 0.03% S and less than or equal to 0.15 % C. Offered wires are acknowledged for their anti fatigue quality, non magnetic nature, burr free design and high strength. Hardness of these wires can be adjusted.
