Precise Alloys Pvt. Ltd located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, serves the Indian market with different kinds of steel wire. The ISO 9001:14001 ISO 14001:2007 and OHSAS 18001:2001 certified company has a membership with firms, like Small Scale Wire Drawing Units Association and Steel Wire Association of India. Over 30 years old company has the capability and capacity to produce 1500 M/T products per month. With 60 employees, the company serves the clients from fasteners, fan, cutlery, umbrella, handling equipment, engineering, auto & textile industries.

Quality

To ensure that our products are of highest quality, we follow stringent quality measures. We procure the best quality raw materials and alloys from authentic suppliers, which helps us to maintain quality in our products. We have international quality assurance certificated like ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 and we are also a members of Small Scale Wire Drawing Wire Association. It indicated towards our string quality measures that has raised our credibility in the market. Special care is taken to pack the products using special packing materials, which helps in the safe and easy handling of the products while being transported or being stored.

Infrastructure

Precise Alloys Pvt. Ltd. has a state-of-the-art infrastructure facility that helps in accurate processing, conversion, and marketing of alloys and non alloys steel wires for supply in  national and international market. We are fully equipped to manufacture 1.6 tones of SS Wire, 2.7 tones of alloy Steel and 20 tones of MS Wires per day. Warehousing and Transportation

Our spacious and fully automated warehousing facility helps in storing the manufactured products and the raw materials in perfect condition. A special team of experts are delegated to pack the products and they are provided with three EOT Cranes to handle the products, ensuring that  the products are not damaged during transportation. Further, we have a sophisticated transportation facility, which includes two full time hired truck and tempo and three EOT Cranes for transportation and handling the products, thus we ensure safe and speedy delivery of products.

Our Systematic Administration Procedures

Precise Alloys Pvt. Ltd. has charted out a systematic and transparent procedure by which we ensure that at every point we can interact with the customers and deliver a product complying exactly with their specifications. To begin with, we receive enquiry from customers for which we make a requirement and feasibility study, and if the quotation is approved by our team we submit an offer to the customer. The customer then submits a revised quotation, after which we hold a detailed discussion with the customer and if the approval is received from both sides, the manufacturing procedures begins.
